🔄 Returns

  • Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
    • In the same condition as received.
    • Unworn or unused, with original tags intact.
    • Packed in its original packaging.
    • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

💰 Return Shipping & Refunds

  • Customers are responsible for bearing the return shipping charges.
  • Refunds will be processed excluding the original shipping and return costs.
  • In cases where the product is damaged or defective, House of Thari will bear the return shipping cost.
  • Refunds will be initiated once the returned product passes our quality inspection.

  • House of Thari is not responsible for:
    • Minor variations, weaving irregularities, or small imperfections in fabrics caused during the manufacturing process.
    • Slight differences in color/shade between product images on the website and the actual fabric due to display settings or lighting.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or altered items.
  • Personal care products.
  • Sale items or gift cards.

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order after the return is approved.

💵 Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
