📦 Same Day Delivery (Only for Chennai)

  • Same-day local delivery service is available only for Chennai.
  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM will be shipped on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be shipped on the next business day.
  • This service is available only on business days and for serviceable pin codes.
  • Note: Same-day delivery is applicable only for unstitched materials.
  • Customers must bear the delivery charges (via Rapido / Swiggy Genie) directly for same-day delivery.
  • Please ensure the delivery address & contact number are correct so our delivery agent can successfully reach you.

🇮🇳 Domestic Shipping & 🌍 International Shipping

Our trusted logistics partner is India Post / Speed Post.

Domestic Orders

  • Shipping: 3–5 business days from the date of order.
  • Delivery: 7–10 business days from the date of order.

International Orders

  • Shipping: 3–5 business days from the date of order.
  • Delivery: 10–15 business days from the date of order.

⛔ Please note: We ship throughout the week except weekends & public holidays.

Any additional taxes, customs duties, or import charges levied by the country of import are the customer’s responsibility. Customers must reimburse the carrier if such charges are paid on their behalf.

  • All products are packed in secure, tamper-proof packaging.
  • If you find the package tampered with, do not accept delivery. Please return it to the delivery person and notify us at support@houseofthari.com with your Order ID.
  • Once delivery is accepted, it will be assumed the package was received in good condition.
  • House of Thari is not liable for courier delays but will assist in tracking and resolving any issues with our logistic partners.

🧵 Product Dispatch & Delivery

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.
  • Tracking details will be shared via email once your order has been dispatched.
  • For international shipments, customs clearance may be required. All duties/taxes will be borne by the customer.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be redirected or re-routed, so please provide accurate delivery details.

📌 Shipping Disclaimers

  • As our products are of high value, please ensure a responsible person is available to receive the package at your delivery address.
  • House of Thari will not be responsible for packages left unattended at the doorstep or returned if no one is available to accept the parcel.
